Cash-flow analytics

Know Exactly What Is Paid, Pending and Overdue

PayChaser turns your invoices into a clear cash-flow picture: what is outstanding, what is overdue, what you collected this month, and which customers need attention.

Total outstanding

Every unpaid invoice summed per currency — e.g. USD Outstanding: $3,450 and EUR Outstanding: €2,100 shown side by side, never merged.

Overdue balances

Amounts past due with overdue counts, so the riskiest balances surface first.

Paid this month

Cash collected in the current month, grouped by currency.

Recovery rate

Share of invoices paid — the single number that proves follow-up works.

Monthly collected cash

Month-by-month cash recovery to spot trends and slow payers early.

Customer analytics

Per-customer paid vs outstanding, oldest overdue invoice, and last payment date — sortable and searchable.

A note on currencies

PayChaser never mixes currencies into one calculated total. If you invoice in dollars and euros, you will always see USD Outstanding: $3,450 and EUR Outstanding: €2,100 as separate figures — never $3,450 + €2,100 combined.

Why it matters

  • See cash-flow problems while there is still time to act on them.
  • Prove ROI: recovery rate shows exactly what automated follow-up earns you.
  • Prioritize collection effort on the largest overdue balances first.
  • Filter by date range, status, and currency for answers in seconds.

Common questions

What does the analytics dashboard show?

Total outstanding, overdue balances, paid this month, recovery rate, monthly collected cash, and per-customer breakdowns with oldest overdue invoice and last payment date.

How are multiple currencies handled?

Every total is grouped by currency and shown separately — for example USD Outstanding: $3,450 alongside EUR Outstanding: €2,100. PayChaser never adds different currencies into one total.

How is the recovery rate calculated?

Paid invoices divided by total invoices, as a percentage. Partial payments count toward what is paid without double-counting.
